What services are included in your fee?
Our management fee covers everything from professional photography and multi-platform listings to 24/7 guest communication, check-in/out coordination, cleaning, linen provisioning, maintenance, and financial reporting. 


Are there any upfront or admin fees?
No, there are no upfront admin or onboarding fees. You only pay our fee when your property receives a booking. 

Do you provide linens, towels, and toiletries?
Absolutely, we supply hotel-quality bed linens, towels, bathmats, kitchen cloths, and essential toiletries; replenishment is included between guest stays. 


Can I track my property’s performance and condition?
Yes, our housekeeping team uploads timestamped photos after each turnover, and you can monitor income, bookings, and property condition through your personal Owner Portal. 


How do you handle maintenance and repairs?
We maintain an in-house team of trusted handymen, plumbers, and engineers to address issues promptly from minor fixes to urgent repairs.

Can I block dates for personal use?
Definitely, you can request blocks for personal stays. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll reserve those dates for you. 


How often is the property professionally cleaned?
We conduct deep, professional cleans between every guest stay, and recommend a full deep clean every 3–4 months for long-term upkeep. 

Are there any hidden or variable costs?
No, our fees are clear and transparent, with all routine services covered. Any additional costs (e.g. replenishment of consumables) are deducted with your approval and clearly itemised.
